With the goal of strengthening the Hadassah presence in Panama and bolstering the new local unit, “Amigos de Hadassah Panama”, Hadassah Mexico Director Ethel Fainstein and Sherry Altura, Hadassah International Liaison to South America, planned an ambitious agenda for their trip to Panama, May 13-17. Getting to know the community leadership and providing assistance for the local group’s first event—the performance of the show, Golda’s Balcony—as well as meeting with the Hadassah Tower Campaign coordinators and other Hadassah supporters were their priorities.
